Description
So I've been trying to stream mkv's (h264 + AAC -or- AC3) via http, however every time I try, it will fill the cache for 10-15% and then disconnect. It will then attempt to reconnect several times and give the "Cache not filling" with every reconnect until it stops trying to reconnect at which it just spams the "Cache not filling" error. Following the instructions on the error message, I tried increasing the cache, but all that does is increase the time it takes before it disconnects and starts doing the same thing.
I'm using 64bit Arch Linux with mplayer2 2.0.20111114+g3a39fc1.
I've tried using the static 64bit binary on the mplayer2 site, and it gives the same exact problem. The 32 bit static binary refuses to work, citing "./mplayer: error while loading shared libraries: libXv.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory", despite the fact that it's supposed to be statically linked.
I've attached logs of the error. The specific file I tried is: " http://ddl.studio-shanghai.co.cc/%5bEveTaku%5d%20Touhou%20Gensou%20Mangekyou%20vol.%201%20(848x480%20H264%20AC3%26AAC)%5bbe023288%5d.mkv"
